Think Organic Academy (TOA) is a learning academy, farm, and ranch at Blue Rock Ranch (BRR), near Schulenburg, Texas.

Think Organic Academy is a learning academy, farm and ranch. Participants in the TOA program will learn from books, articles and hands-on, guided experience. Studies are as important as work. All students will be expected to learn at a pace related to their abilities.

At BRR, we believe in and live regenerative, sustainable, and organic agriculture. 

We are engaged in a variety of organic work:

• Pasture regeneration

• Organic, grass-fed and finished cattle 

• Food forest of trees, shrubs, perennials, and bulbs (many native)

• Heritage and classic vegetable gardens

• Native flowers and pollinator attractors

• Nursery of native and naturalized trees, shrubs, vines, and perennials
